Our Boxing Studio is equipped with Pro-Box Boxing Bags, Speed Ball and 2016 Olympic Boxing Ring.
Our Relaxing Pool and Spa area features hosts a Sauna, Steam Room and Jacuzzi with additional Saunas located in the Male and Female Changing Facilities. Our pool is adults-only Monday-Friday with complimentary family swim hours at the weekends.
Set behind frosted glass our Ladies Only area hosts both cardio and resistance training equipment to support all training styles.
